We pay return shipping when you request return authorization within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be received within 30 days in order to to receive a full refund. Authorizations requested after 14 days will not be prepaid. Returns received late are for store credit only. The free return policy is available for the US and Canada only. Some restrictions apply to remote areas or areas serviced only by air.
To Request Return Authorization do the following: Login to your account and go to Orders History. Select the order from which you want to return an item. Select the product you wish to return by checking the box next to it. To help us improve tell us why you are returning the item. Once complete click on Request Return Authorization. Allow up to 48 hours to receive the pre-paid return label.
Merchandise should include it's original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged and have all original tags attached. Women's swimwear must have all tags and hygienic liner intact. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box. Items marked Final Sale may not be returned.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed. Refunds will take an additional 1-3 days to credit back to your original form of payment, and your financial institution may require a few more days for it to appear on your statement.
In the case of returns from outside Canada or the U.S., any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers are eligible for a return shipping credit.
