We pay return shipping for registered customers when return authorization is requested within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be received within 30 days in order to to receive a full refund. Authorizations requested after 14 days will not be prepaid. Returns received after 30 days receive store credit only. If your order was shipped for free, returning your order may affect your Free Shipping eligibility. Refer to Shipping for more details. The free return policy is available for the US and Canada only. Some restrictions apply to remote areas or areas serviced only by air.
DO NOT USE GUEST CHECKOUT Customers who use Guest Checkout cannot immediately take advantage of Return (RMA) service and return requests cannot be made by phone or email. If you have checked out as a Guest and need to make a return request, you'll need to contact us for assistance. For this reason we strongly recommend that you register an account at checkout.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: We currently do not accept returns on intimate apparel, swimwear, and items marked Final Sale unless defective. For our mutual protection we inspect and photograph all Final Sale items before shipment to you.
RETURNING ITEMS WHICH WERE SHIPPED FOR FREE If the items you keep total less than the amount for Free Shipping, we deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.
ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item contact us with a photo of the damaged item. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery or return may not be approved.
Steps to Request Return Authorization Login to your account and go to Orders History. Select the order from which you want to return an item. Select the product you wish to return by checking the box next to it. Tell us why you are returning the item. Once complete click on Request Return Authorization. Allow up to 48 hours to receive the pre-paid return label.
Merchandise should include it's original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged and have all original tags attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box. Items marked Final Sale may not be returned.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed. Refunds will take an additional 1-3 days to credit back to your original form of payment, and your financial institution may require a few more days for it to appear on your statement.
In the case of returns from outside Canada or the U.S., any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers are eligible for a return shipping credit.
